Overview

Cevostamab + elranatamab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Cevostamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets FCRH5 (Fc receptor-homolog 5) on malignant plasma cells and CD3 on T cells, mediating T cell–directed cytotoxicity against multiple myeloma cells. Elranatamab is a bispecific antibody that targets BCMA (B cell maturation antigen) on multiple myeloma cells and CD3 on T cells, similarly engaging T cells for targeted cell lysis. This combination is designed to achieve deeper tumor responses by simultaneously targeting two different antigens on myeloma cells and activating endogenous T cell responses[1][4][5].
