Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CF-012 is a first-in-class small molecule inhibitor targeting the transcription factor ETV6, currently in preclinical development by C-Further. Developed in collaboration with the UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Mass General Brigham, CF-012 is designed to disrupt the oncogenic function of ETV6, which has been identified as a critical transcriptional dependency for tumor growth and metastasis in Ewing sarcoma. By inhibiting ETV6, the drug aims to address the urgent unmet need for effective treatments in young patients with relapsed or metastatic Ewing sarcoma, a rare and aggressive bone tumor.
