Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**CF-404** is a preclinical pan-influenza therapeutic cocktail comprising three native human broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies. It was discovered by Trellis Bioscience using its CellSpot platform and licensed to ContraFect for development. The antibody combination targets conserved influenza virus hemagglutinin stalk regions and was designed to provide broad neutralization across influenza A group 1 and group 2 viruses and both influenza B lineages. In mouse models, airway delivery protected against lethal H1N1, H3N2, B/Victoria-lineage, and B/Yamagata-lineage influenza challenge.
