Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CF-FECS-DF is a secretome derived from autologous dermal fibroblast spheroids, developed by S.Biomedics Co., Ltd. It is produced using Functionally Enhanced Cell Spheroid (FECS™) technology, which maximizes cell-cell interaction and induces self-organization into cell spheroids, leading to the expression of an abundant extracellular matrix. The secretome contains a rich mixture of active ingredients, including various growth factors and cytokines such as ENA-78, bFGF, G-CSF, GM-CSF, GROα, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, RANTES, Serpin E1, μPAR, VEGF, PDGFRα, HGF, and IGFBP-6. This composition promotes the proliferation and activity of fibroblasts, induces angiogenesis, and enhances collagen production while also possessing collagenase (MMP-1) activity to remodel the dermal layer. It is being developed for therapeutic applications in wound healing and for improving skin conditions like crow's feet by reducing wrinkles and increasing collagen density.
