Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CFL001 is an allogeneic, "off-the-shelf" umbilical cord blood-derived cell therapy product developed by Creative Medical Technology Holdings. Designed as a universal donor product, it utilizes a proprietary manufacturing process to ensure compatibility with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and eliminates the need for HLA matching between the donor and recipient. The therapy is primarily indicated for Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) Syndrome, a condition characterized by chronic back pain originating from the sacroiliac joint. CFL001 is administered via intra-articular injection, where it is intended to leverage the natural immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of cord blood cells to reduce inflammation, promote tissue repair, and alleviate symptomatic pain.
