Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CFR64 T cells are a type of engineered T cell therapy that express a chimeric Fc receptor CD64 (CFR64). This therapy is designed to enhance antitumor activity by providing a controllable and long-lasting immune response. CFR64 T cells exhibit robust cytotoxicity against cancer cells and show better resistance to T cell exhaustion compared to conventional CAR T cells. They are engineered to work with antibodies like trastuzumab, forming a stable immunological synapse and inducing long-term antitumor effects.
