Overview
CFX Solus is a cell-free therapeutic biomaterial developed by Cellular Logistics for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction. It is composed of a cardiac fibroblast-derived extracellular matrix produced using induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) technology. Designed for local administration via injectable particulates or an epicardial patch, CFX Solus functions by activating endogenous repair mechanisms, promoting angiogenesis, and modulating the inflammatory response—specifically by shifting macrophages toward a reparative phenotype.
