CG-105-12

CG-105-12 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) for the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It involves engineering a patient's own T cells to express a CAR that recognizes BCMA, allowing the immune system to target and eliminate malignant plasma cells. The therapy is currently being evaluated in an early-phase dose-escalation clinical trial to assess safety, tolerability, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics in BCMA-positive multiple myeloma patients who have not responded to standard treatments[4][7].
