Overview

Developed using Cullgen's proprietary uSMITE™ (ubiquitin-mediated, small molecule-induced target elimination) platform, CG006151 is designed to selectively recruit an E3 ubiquitin ligase to a specific pathogenic protein, leading to its ubiquitination and subsequent degradation by the proteasome.
