Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CGC-738 is a CD70-targeted chimeric antigen receptor natural killer T (CAR-NKT) cell therapy developed by Suzhou Cure Genetics for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors, including advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma. The therapy involves genetically engineering NKT cells to express a CAR that targets the CD70 antigen, which is overexpressed in certain tumor types. By targeting CD70, these engineered cells are designed to recognize and kill cancer cells expressing this antigen. As of 2025, CGC-738 is in phase 1 clinical trials for solid tumors and metastatic renal cell carcinoma[1][2][3][4][5].
