Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ch10D7 + MMAE is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) combining the chimeric anti-CDCP1 monoclonal antibody ch10D7 with monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE), a potent microtubule-disrupting cytotoxin. The antibody targets CUB domain-containing protein 1 (CDCP1), which is overexpressed in several solid tumors (including pancreatic, colorectal, ovarian, triple-negative breast, HER2+ breast, and lung cancers) and internalizes upon binding, delivering MMAE to cancer cells to induce cytotoxicity. Preclinical studies demonstrate robust anti-tumor efficacy in various xenograft models, with high specificity for CDCP1-expressing cells and limited effect on normal tissues. ch10D7 + MMAE is being developed mainly for cancer therapy and is not yet approved for clinical use[2][3][4][5][6].
