Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CH129-800CW is a preclinical imaging agent consisting of a monoclonal antibody (CH129) targeting the tumor-associated carbohydrate antigen sialyl-di-Lewis^a^ (sdi-Le^a^) conjugated to the near-infrared fluorophore IRDye 800CW. It is designed for bimodal near-infrared fluorescence (NIRF) and photoacoustic (PA) imaging, enabling intraoperative visualization and delineation of gastrointestinal cancers such as gastric and colorectal cancer. In preclinical models, CH129-800CW demonstrated high specificity for tumors expressing sdi-Le^a^ with minimal uptake in healthy tissues, supporting its potential utility in surgical guidance for radical tumor resection[10].
