ChAdOx1 RVF is a vaccine candidate for Rift Valley fever (RVF), a zoonotic mosquito-borne viral disease. It utilizes the ChAdOx1 adenovirus vector platform expressing the RVF viral Gn and Gc glycoproteins. The vaccine is designed with a One Health approach for use in both humans and livestock, having demonstrated safety and immunogenicity in Phase I trials and 100% efficacy against wild-type RVF virus challenge in animal studies.
