Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A therapeutic HIV vaccine combination consisting of **ChAdOx1.HTI** (chimpanzee adenovirus vector), **MVA.HTI** (Modified Vaccinia Ankara vector), and **ConM SOSIP.v7 gp140** (adjuvanted with MPLA liposomes). The **HTI components** (ChAdOx1.HTI and MVA.HTI) are designed to elicit T-cell responses against specific regions of HIV proteins (Gag, Pol, Vif, Nef) associated with viral control. The **ConM SOSIP.v7 gp140** component is designed to elicit antibody responses against HIV envelope proteins. This combination aims to induce both T-cell and B-cell responses as a potential HIV cure strategy, specifically to control HIV infection without continuous antiretroviral therapy (ART).
