The formulation is derived from classical herbal prescriptions, likely featuring *Bupleurum chinense* (Chai Hu) and *Pueraria lobata* (Ge Gen) as primary active components, which are traditionally recognized for their antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
