Chaiqin Tonglin tablets is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Guang'anmen Hospital, Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is intended for the treatment of acute lower urinary tract infections and the prevention of recurrence in women with recurrent urinary tract infections (rUTI). The drug is formulated to target specific TCM syndrome patterns associated with urinary tract inflammation and dysfunction. It is currently undergoing Phase II clinical evaluation in China to assess its safety, optimal dosage, and preliminary efficacy in reducing infection recurrence.
