Chaiqintonglinpian is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) botanical drug candidate developed by Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical for the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections (RUTI). The formulation is designed to address the TCM syndrome of liver meridian qi stagnation and damp-heat accumulation in the lower jiao. It typically contains extracts from medicinal plants such as *Bupleurum* (Chaihu) and *Scutellaria* (Huangqin). The drug is currently in Phase II clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety, efficacy, and optimal dosage in reducing the frequency and severity of urinary tract infections by clearing heat, resolving dampness, and regulating qi.
