Overview

ChangTai Keli is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granule formulation developed by Nanjing Ningqi Pharmaceutical Technology for the treatment of colon cancer. It is primarily utilized as an adjuvant therapy in combination with standard chemotherapy regimens, such as mFOLFOX6 or XELOX, to enhance anti-tumor efficacy and reduce treatment-related toxicity. The formulation consists of multiple herbal extracts intended to modulate the immune system and improve clinical outcomes for patients with colorectal malignancies. It has been evaluated in Phase 2/3 clinical trials in China to assess its synergistic anti-tumor effects.
