The mechanism of action involves the selective depletion of these immunosuppressive cells within the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immunity and reactivate effector T cell populations. While the specific targets are proprietary, company research has focused on TMEM123 (Porimin) and LINE1 as potential markers for intratumoral Tregs in solid tumors. The program aims to alleviate Treg-mediated immunosuppression without affecting systemic immune homeostasis, providing a targeted approach for the treatment of various solid tumors.
