Chemotherapy + PD-1 inhibitors is a combination therapy approach that pairs traditional cytotoxic chemotherapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the programmed cell death-1 (PD-1) pathway. This combination strategy leverages potential synergistic effects between these treatment modalities.
