chidamide + anti-pd1 antibody + pegaspargase

A combination therapy regimen consisting of chidamide (a histone deacetylase inhibitor), anti-PD1 antibody (an immune checkpoint inhibitor), and pegaspargase (a modified form of L-asparagine amidohydrolase). This regimen works through multiple mechanisms: chidamide affects gene expression as an HDAC inhibitor, anti-PD1 antibody enhances T cell responses against tumors by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, and pegaspargase depletes asparagine levels leading to leukemic cell death. The combination is primarily investigated for relapsed/refractory lymphomas, particularly NK/T-cell lymphomas and cutaneous T-cell lymphomas.
