Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Chidamide + nivolumab is a combination therapy consisting of chidamide, a selective histone deacetylase inhibitor, and nivolumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). The combination has been studied primarily in relapsed or refractory extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL), where preclinical and early clinical evidence suggests that chidamide synergizes with nivolumab to enhance T-cell chemokine expression, augment the IFN-γ response, and increase CD8 T-cell infiltration. This combination aims to boost immune-mediated antitumor activity beyond what either agent achieves alone[1].
