Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Chidamide + sintilimab + bevacizumab is an investigational combination regimen comprising three agents with distinct mechanisms of action, evaluated primarily for advanced solid tumors such as microsatellite stable/proficient mismatch repair (MSS/pMMR) colorectal cancer and advanced liver cancer. Chidamide is a selective histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) that modulates epigenetic regulation and can enhance tumor immunogenicity. Sintilimab is a monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to promote T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. Bevacizumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), inhibiting angiogenesis and thereby restricting tumor blood supply. The triplet aims to synergistically remodel the tumor microenvironment by enhancing immune infiltration, reducing immunosuppression, and inhibiting angiogenesis[2][3][4].
