chidamide + venetoclax + azacitidine + homoharringtonine

Chidamide + VAH is an investigational combination regimen consisting of chidamide (an oral histone deacetylase inhibitor), venetoclax (a BCL-2 inhibitor), azacitidine (a hypomethylating agent), and homoharringtonine (a protein synthesis inhibitor). This four-drug regimen is being evaluated as a first-line induction therapy for newly diagnosed, intermediate- to high-risk fit patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The rationale for the combination is to leverage the epigenetic reprogramming effects of chidamide to enhance the efficacy of the VAH backbone, potentially overcoming resistance and improving remission rates in high-risk AML populations.
