CHiR-DEL is an investigational, chemotherapy-free combination regimen comprising the histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor **chidamide** (tucidinostat), the Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor **zanubrutinib**, and the immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) **lenalidomide**. This regimen is specifically being evaluated for the treatment of newly diagnosed elderly patients (aged 70 and above) with MYC- and BCL2-positive (double expressor) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who are considered intolerant to standard intensive chemotherapy. The combination leverages the synergistic effects of epigenetic modulation, B-cell receptor signaling inhibition, and immune system stimulation to target high-risk lymphoma cells while minimizing the toxicity associated with traditional cytotoxic chemotherapy.
