A combination therapy consisting of a Chinese herbal medicine (CHM) bath and narrowband ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) phototherapy. This regimen is primarily used for the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis and vitiligo. The CHM component typically involves immersion in a water solution containing extracts from various medicinal herbs with purported anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects.
