Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CHO-H02 is a next-generation monoclonal antibody drug candidate targeting HER2 (receptor protein-tyrosine kinase erbB-2), an oncogenic receptor highly expressed in various solid tumors, including breast, bladder, pancreatic, ovarian, and gastric cancers. Developed using glycoengineering technology by CHO Pharma and originally by Academia Sinica, the project includes both glycoengineered biobetter antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) designed to enhance anti-tumor efficacy. The mechanism of action involves antagonism of the HER2 receptor. As of early 2025, CHO-H02 is in preclinical development with IND-enabling studies underway for a phase 1 clinical trial[1][2].
