Nandrolone decanoate is an anabolic-androgenic steroid that promotes protein synthesis and muscle growth. The combination aims to accelerate the activation of the anabolic phase during patient resuscitation, thereby mitigating bone loss and improving recovery outcomes in the intensive care setting.
