Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CHOP + CMAB304 is a chemoimmunotherapy combination regimen developed by Sunshine Guojian Pharmaceutical (formerly Shanghai CP Guojian) for the treatment of CD20-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The regimen combines the standard CHOP chemotherapy backbone—comprising cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin (hydroxydaunorubicin), vincristine (Oncovin), and prednisone—with CMAB304 (marketed as Retuxira), a biosimilar of the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab. CMAB304 targets the CD20 antigen on B-cells, facilitating cell death through immune-mediated mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). The combination is intended to improve clinical outcomes compared to chemotherapy alone and has been evaluated in Phase III clinical trials in China.
