Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Chronos ExoCR is a perinatal tissue–derived exosome-based biologic intended for aesthetic procedures, formulated to target dermal fibroblasts and enhance skin rejuvenation outcomes when paired with treatments like microneedling and laser resurfacing. It is created and purified from Wharton’s Jelly using a multi-step process, and is described as single-source, non-lyophilized, and produced in an FDA-compliant, ISO 7, cGMP-certified facility. Product literature highlights a high particulate load with over 50 billion particulates, more than 10 billion intact exosomes, and validation of more than 1,000 growth factors and cytokines, along with mRNA and miRNA content. Distribution is exclusive through Cartessa Aesthetics; BioRestorative Therapies has announced an exclusive supply agreement to provide cell-based biologics for the Chronos line, positioning ExoCR for cosmetic use cases such as reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
