Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CHS-006 + toripalimab is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies: **CHS-006**, a TIGIT-targeted antibody, and **toripalimab**, a PD-1-targeted antibody. Both are investigational immunotherapies given intravenously, currently assessed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. CHS-006 blocks TIGIT, an inhibitory receptor, enhancing T-cell and NK-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. Toripalimab inhibits PD-1, a checkpoint receptor, restoring and augmenting T-cell anti-tumor activity. The combination is designed to provide synergistic immune activation against tumor cells, with the aim of improved efficacy over single-agent checkpoint inhibition. Phase 1 trials are ongoing to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and early efficacy for multiple advanced solid tumor types[6][7][8][9].
