CHT101

CHT101 is an investigational allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting CD70, a protein expressed on various tumor cells. The product consists of universal CAR-T (UCAR-T) cells engineered to recognize and eliminate CD70-positive cancer cells. It is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and hematological malignancies that express CD70, including ovarian cancer, head and neck cancer, renal cell carcinoma, cervical cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, uterine cancer, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and relapsed or refractory blood cancers. The drug is administered intravenously and represents a novel approach in immuno-oncology by leveraging gene-edited T lymphocytes to target malignant cells[1][2][3][4].
