Overview

CHT105 is an allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapy targeting CD19 and CD70, developed by The Affiliated Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School. It is derived from healthy donor T cells transduced with a lentiviral vector encoding an anti-CD19/CD70 CAR. This engineered product is designed to recognize and eliminate immune cells expressing CD19 and/or CD70, including autoreactive B and T cells, to treat refractory lupus nephritis. By targeting both CD19 (a B-cell marker) and CD70 (expressed on activated T and B cells), CHT105 aims to achieve deeper immune resetting than single-target therapies.
