Overview
Chuanlong Guci Capsule is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Taiji Group Chongqing Tongjunge Pharmaceutical Factory. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of hyperostosis (bone spurs), cervical spondylosis, lumbar muscle strain, and osteoarthritis. The formulation is composed of several herbal extracts, including *Dioscorea nipponica* (Chuanlongshu), *Epimedium* (Yinyanghuo), *Rehmannia glutinosa* (Shudi), *Drynaria fortunei* (Gusuibu), *Cibotium barometz* (Gouji), *Achyranthes bidentata* (Niuxi), and *Pyrola calliantha* (Ludiicao). Traditionally, these ingredients are used to dispel wind-dampness, invigorate blood circulation, and strengthen the kidneys and bones. Pharmacologically, the capsule is recognized for its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which help alleviate joint pain and improve mobility in patients with degenerative bone conditions.
