Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CHXM-002 is an experimental radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) currently in the hit identification stage of preclinical development by ChomiX. The drug is designed using ChomiX's proprietary chemoproteomics platform, which identifies novel ligands for previously undruggable targets. CHXM-002 consists of a small molecule targeting a specific membrane protein expressed on tumor cells, conjugated to a radionuclide payload. This approach is intended to deliver localized, lethal radiation directly to cancerous tissues while sparing healthy cells. It is being developed as a targeted therapy for various solid tumors.
