Chylobinoid is a proprietary, magnesium-coordinated cannabidiolic acid (CBDa) complex derived from raw hemp flower. Developed using a mineral infusion process, it consists of approximately 85% magnesium-CBDa (Mg-CBDa), 5% CBD, 5% other cannabinoids, and naturally occurring plant lipids. The formulation is designed to mimic the structure of chylomicrons—lipoprotein particles that transport fats through the lymphatic system—enabling enhanced absorption and bioavailability compared to conventional CBD products. Chylobinoid bypasses hepatic first-pass metabolism by being absorbed via the lymphatic system rather than the liver, resulting in significantly higher systemic availability (up to 40%). Its amphiphilic properties allow for deeper tissue penetration when applied topically or taken orally. The primary mechanism of action is anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity attributed mainly to CBDa; preliminary studies suggest superior potency over standard CBD formulations for pain relief and possibly seizure control. Chylobinoid has been investigated in clinical trials for conditions such as hallux rigidus and hallux valgus-related pain[2][4][5][6].
