Overview

CI-135 CAR-T cells is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3), which is being developed for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The therapy involves collecting a patient's peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC), engineering them to express the CI-135 CAR construct that targets FLT3, and then infusing these modified T cells back into the patient after lymphodepletion.
