Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CIB-301 is an investigational *in vivo* chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Cellinfinity Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. Unlike traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T therapies that require harvesting and modifying a patient's cells outside the body, CIB-301 is designed to generate CAR-T cells directly within the patient's body using a proprietary delivery platform. The therapy targets a novel, undisclosed molecular target and incorporates specific enhancements intended to improve the efficacy, expansion, and persistence of the CAR-T cells within the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
