cilostazol + ginkgo leaf extract

This is a **combination drug** containing cilostazol, a selective phosphodiesterase type III inhibitor with antiplatelet, vasodilatory, neuroprotective, and antioxidant properties, and Ginkgo biloba leaf extract (GBE), a plant-derived extract with antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and antiapoptotic actions. The combination, marketed as Renexin, has been investigated primarily for the treatment of **peripheral arterial disease** and as a neuroprotective agent (including prevention of cisplatin-induced hearing loss and vestibular dysfunction).
