Overview

**CIM103** is a preclinical CiMaas cancer-immunotherapy program for metastatic breast cancer that combines expanded donor-derived NK-Xpand natural killer cells with an anti-TROP2 monoclonal antibody. The anti-TROP2 antibody is intended to bind trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 on tumor cells, while the NK-cell component mediates tumor-cell killing, including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity through NK-cell Fc receptor engagement.
