Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CIM104 is an allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy candidate being developed by CiMaas for the treatment of solid tumors, with a primary focus on breast cancer. The therapy is part of CiMaas's CIM100 series, which utilizes a proprietary expansion and activation platform to generate large quantities of highly cytotoxic NK cells from healthy donor blood. This "off-the-shelf" approach aims to overcome the limitations of autologous cell therapies by providing immediate treatment availability. CIM104 consists of activated NK cells that are designed to recognize and eliminate malignant cells through natural cytotoxicity receptors and the release of cytotoxic granules containing perforin and granzymes. The asset is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
