CIM105 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR)-engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by CiMaas for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes NK cells that have been genetically modified to express a CAR, enabling them to specifically recognize and eliminate tumor cells expressing an undisclosed target antigen. By leveraging the innate cytotoxic potential of NK cells and enhancing their specificity through CAR engineering, CIM105 aims to provide a potent therapeutic option for various solid malignancies. The program is currently in the preclinical phase of development.
