Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CIM201 is an autologous dendritic cell (DC) vaccine developed by CiMaas for the treatment of breast cancer. The therapy involves the isolation of monocytes from the patient, which are then differentiated into mature dendritic cells and loaded with tumor-associated antigens to stimulate a robust T-cell mediated immune response against the tumor. By presenting these antigens to the patient's immune system, CIM201 aims to activate and expand tumor-specific T cells that can recognize and eliminate breast cancer cells. As of early 2023, the program was listed in Phase 2 clinical development.
