CIN-101

CIN-101 is a preclinical-stage drug candidate developed by CinRx Pharma, a biotech accelerator based in Cincinnati. Initially announced in late 2017, CIN-101 was described as a locally sourced asset intended for the treatment of an unspecified dermatology indication. The drug was part of CinRx's hub-and-spoke development model, which involves acquiring promising early-stage compounds and advancing them through dedicated subsidiary companies (referred to as "CinCos"). While CinRx initially planned to file an Investigational New Drug (IND) application for CIN-101 in the first half of 2018, the candidate has not appeared in recent pipeline updates as of 2024.
