Overview

Cindigomab is an immuno-detection point inhibitor, specifically a PD-1 monoclonal antibody. It is being investigated in a clinical trial for the treatment of elderly acute myeloid leukemia, particularly in patients with increased leukemia residual disease or recurrence after microtransplantation, where it is used in combination with azacytidine.
