Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Ciprofol + sevoflurane is a combination anesthetic regimen where ciprofol (HSK3486) is used for induction of anesthesia followed by sevoflurane for maintenance. Ciprofol is a novel intravenous anesthetic that functions as a positive allosteric modulator of GABA-A receptors, with 4-5 times the potency of propofol. Sevoflurane is an inhalational anesthetic used for maintenance after successful intubation. This combination provides stable hemodynamics, reduced injection pain compared to propofol-based regimens, and effective anesthesia for various surgical procedures.
