Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A chemotherapy regimen combining cisplatin, hydrazine sulfate, and vinblastine. This combination was primarily studied for the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Cisplatin is a platinum-based chemotherapy agent that interferes with DNA replication. Hydrazine sulfate was investigated as both an anticancer agent and for preventing cachexia (weight loss) in cancer patients. Vinblastine is a vinca alkaloid that prevents microtubule formation, interfering with cell division.
