Overview

This is a combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The regimen consists of mitomycin C at a dose of 7 mg/m², vinorelbine at a dose of 25 mg/m², and cisplatin at a dose of 75 mg/m² administered on day 1, with an additional dose of vinorelbine at 25 mg/m² on day 8. This treatment cycle is typically repeated every 4 weeks. Clinical studies have shown this combination to be active against advanced NSCLC with tolerable toxicities. In phase II trials, it demonstrated a partial response rate of 51.7%, with a median duration of response of 22 weeks and median survival of 39 weeks.
