Overview

CK-302 is a fully human agonistic monoclonal antibody that targets GITR (Glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor-related protein, TNFRSF18), a co-stimulatory molecule of the TNF receptor family expressed on activated T cells, B cells, natural killer cells, and regulatory T cells. By binding to GITR, CK-302 is designed to stimulate immune cell activation and trigger anti-tumor immune responses, particularly through activation of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and NK cells. It is under preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors[1][7][10].
