CK-3772271 is an investigational **small molecule** cardiac myosin inhibitor developed by **Cytokinetics** for cardiovascular diseases including **hypertrophic cardiomyopathy** and **heart failure with preserved ejection fraction**. It acts as an **allosteric, reversible inhibitor of cardiac myosin**, producing dose- and plasma concentration-dependent reductions in cardiac contractility without affecting heart rate in preclinical models.
